Why would I sell to a Cash or Private Home Buyer when it’s a sellers market?
We get asked this question a lot. Why would anyone sell to a cash house buyer like us when it’s a sellers market?
Although it seems like you can sell anything on the market these days and get a crazy price for it - there are many other reasons that a homeowner may want to sell to a private buyer in a sellers market.
Some houses simply CAN’T be sold on the market. If they are in really rough condition, and aren’t considered safe or liveable, chances are they won’t be able to sell on the market and a bank will not provide a mortgage on one. A house that is in such disrepair is great for a private home buyer, because they do not depend on traditional financing. They bring private capital to purchase the home, meaning they can purchase in any condition. They will fix the home up as needed to make it safe & updated.
Over the years we have purchased many hoarders homes. These homeowners want their privacy and don’t want photos of their home, address and belongings posted in the public eye.
