I love buying houses! I started in the construction world over 15 years ago, when my brother and I partnered together to build a very successful contracting business. I felt we needed to grow further, so we started to create our own projects. This led us to our newfound love of working with sellers, flipping houses, and creating rental properties.
I am a people person, so it goes without saying that my favourite part about this process is getting to meet so many new people I would not have otherwise met. In fact, buying homes has even given me the chance to help many of the people I meet. One thing I have learnt over the years is that the homeowner always comes first. I have made this a motto of mine to ensure that everyone we work with, from home seller to buyer, is well taken care of and enjoys every part of the process as much as we do.

I am a very passionate Real Estate Investor in the GTA. I have had many successful years as a co-owner of a contracting company with my brother, Rick. We helped our clients build their dream projects for many years. This has led us to begin building our own dream projects: from flipping houses, doing house conversions and now pursuing the wholesaling of houses.
We continue to be successful because we can be creative while still maintaining control over the structure of our own projects. We thrive in helping people in our communities. The goal of helping others with solutions to their problems, big or small, is what keeps us progressing. We want to be the ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. We specialize in helping homeowners overcome their challenges: whether it be buying their home that otherwise couldn’t be sold, selling fast or within a specific time frame, or helping with barriers to selling like legal fees. We are here to help improve neighbourhoods and families one house at a time.

I've been working with Rick & Don officially for over 4 years, but we've been friends for much longer. Over the years, we have built, transitioned and expanded our business while growing our friendship and our team.
I am trained in Graphic Design, have over 10 years of experience as a residential painter, and a lifetime of volunteer and community involvement. I play many roles in the team, but I thrive when being creative, organized & helping others.
I consider myself lucky to be able to help those in need, those who are struggling financially and those looking for a fresh start.
