When you sell your home to us, there are a lot of things we might do with it. Often times we buy, renovate & flip the houses that we purchase. We can also renovate and and hold these properties as a rental property. We complete all the necessary repairs, renovations & upgrades the house needs. How long does the process take?

We can give you an offer within 24 hours after our initial home assessment. Once you accept our offer, we can close as quickly as needed. We can also work with your schedule if you need a longer closing (up to 3 months). How do I get paid for referrals?

What if I need to leave stuff behind?
